Buzz Broadband exceeds 3,600 customers with more areas opening every week
Posted onThe Buzz Broadband installers, contractors and employees are working very hard to continue building out our world-class fiber service for CEC members and getting about 65 new installs completed each week. There have been many challenges along the way with such a monumental project, but we’re excited with the speed of our progress in recent months and we can’t wait to get Buzz to every CEC member that wants it.
We want to remind our Buzz customers that technical service is available 24/7 simply by calling 833-399-BUZZ (2899) and pressing option #4 for assistance. Disruptions in internet service can occur for a variety of reasons, such as power outages, fiber optic cable damage or network congestion. If you experience an outage with your fiber internet, don’t panic! Call our customer technical support team and they will guide you through the troubleshooting process and help you get back online as quickly as possible.
In some cases, our technicians may need to visit your location to resolve the issue. Rest assured, we’ll work diligently to get you up and running again as soon as possible. We understand internet outages can be frustrating, but we’re here to support you every step of the way.
